RETURNS POLICY
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

SEALY BEDS

We will normally send your order within 21 working days for beds which will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge.
Delivery charges are included for most of the UK but certain areas will incur additional charges
Postcodes AB, IV, KW1-14 (Mainland) £50.00 All Scottish offshore islands and Channel Islands including the Isle of Man £72.00 Northern Ireland £ 65.00 Please ensure that you inspect the goods for damage on arrival or sign UNCHECKED if the courier cannot wait.

OUTDOOR SEATING

Delivery will be made to the address for indicated in your Order and generally within 7-14 working days from receipt of order dependant on stock levels, which will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge. Saturday’s subject to additional costs.
Seating World will refund/replace/discount any faulty or damaged items accordingly. However, for damaged items customers MUST have signed for the goods as damaged. If customers sign for the product as delivered safely this exempts the courier from any liability and if courier has damaged the item in transit but have a POD signature then we cannot claim with them as they will say the customer has damaged the item since delivery and it wasn’t in a damaged state when they dropped it off. We must also be notified within 24 hours.
Please ensure that you inspect the goods for damage on arrival or sign UNCHECKED if the courier cannot wait.
Delivery will be to ground floor entrance only unless specifically agreed in writing. The purchaser may be required to provide free assistance to unaccompanied driver. Delivery queries including shortages and damages must be notified in writing by 10am on the day following delivery otherwise Seating World cannot be held responsible.

OFFICE SEATING

Delivery will be made to the address for indicated in your Order and generally within 21 working days from receipt of order, 21-30 working days for HAG seating. which will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge.
Please ensure that you inspect the goods for damage on arrival or sign UNCHECKED if the courier cannot wait.
Delivery will be to ground floor entrance only unless specifically agreed in writing. The purchaser may be required to provide free assistance to unaccompanied driver. Delivery queries including shortages and damages must be notified in writing by 10am on the day following delivery otherwise Seating World cannot be held responsible.
