Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site where you will see the price with & without VAT, the specification and also an image which can be enlarged if required. Check out our Colour page if required and then select the colour of chair before adding to the Shopping Trolley. The colours shown are our standard for the particular items detailed other colours and fabrics are available at extra cost, please call our sales office for further information. Select the quantity you require then move to our 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be transferred to a SECURE area before entering your card details.

Seating World accept debit and credit card payment, as well as cheque in advance of despatch for UK customers which must clear prior to despatch. You can view or amend your selections at any time by clicking on 'Basket'

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, and Solo. American Express would be subject to a surcharge of 2%. Please note that your Credit/Debit Card account is debited immediately by our sales team.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.

Shipping and Handling

Order delivery is normally 2-14 working days on stock items and up to 4 weeks on non stock items except Hag which is 3 weeks for standard fabrics and 5 weeks for non standard fabrics, Leal 8 weeks and are all free of charge to mainland UK.

To keep prices as low as possible our chairs are sent direct to you by parcel carrier.
Your chair will be either partially assembled or assembled so it is quickly available for use.

On the more specialised products if you would like us to deliver, assemble and set up the chair with you, there will be a nominal charge of £25.00. Should you require this service please contact a member of our sales team on 0800 389 8626

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 2-14 working days by Courier service which will deliver between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge.

Please ensure that you inspect the goods for damage on arrival or sign UNCHECKED if the courier cannot wait.

Back Orders
In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 15 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.

Credit Card Security
Seating World know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. We abide by the British Standard BS7799 (Code of Practice for Information Security Management).

Guarantee

All standard chairs are guaranteed - 5 years in normal use & 2 years Fabric - 5 yrs for 24hr use & 2 year Fabric. Hag chairs are guaranteed 10 years in normal use 5 year Fabric.

Returns Policy

Within 7 days from receipt of goods - refund or exchange guaranteed within 30 days of cancellation. (applies only to a purchase of a single standard chair as shown - if you are unsure and wish to order a larger quantity then please order one chair first to check it out) Contact us within 7 days of receipt - All we ask is that the chair is returned to us in mint condition and original packaging at your cost - manufacturers restocking fees will also be charged at the customer expense.
