SEALY Posturepaedic beds
Delivery will be made within 21 working days from receipt of order. Prices as quoted are inclusive of Direct Home Delivery to the consumer’s nominated address and into the room of choice with full assembly of the divan set included in this service. (Headboards are not assembled).
DELIVERY SCHEDULE We will normally send your order within 21 working days for beds which will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address. Re-delivery can sometimes incur a charge.

BACKS ORDERS In the event that your selected order is not available for delivery within our normal schedule (usually no more than 15 working days) we will contact you so that you may decide to continue with the order, choose an alternative or cancel.
GUARANTEE Posturepedic 1 YEAR GUARANTEE PLUS 9 YEARS WARRANTY ON ALL POSTUREPEDIC, POCKET DIVAN SETS AND MATTRESSES In the unlikely event of a defect in material or workmanship occurring within the guarantee period, Sealy will arrange to repair or replace the item free of charge. The guarantee will continue from the original date of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect should occur within the remaining period of warranty, then Sealy will replace the item at a usage charge. The charge will reflect the period of use, the current retail price and the number of years left on the warranty e.g. A charge for a Posturepedic mattress 6 years old is calculated at 60% of the current retail price plus delivery/installation charges. Products replaced within the warranty period are supplied with a new guarantee.
It is with the retailer that the purchaser’s Contract of Sale exists and, consequently, Sealy cannot enter into any discussions with the purchaser until the retailer has inspected any alleged complaint and judged it justified or otherwise. On receipt of the retailer’s report, Sealy will take whatever action is necessary under the terms of this warranty.
Warranty applies to purchases made in the United Kingdom only.
Sealy reserve the right to refuse service when any defect are due to causes other than faulty materials or workmanship or if the item is soiled or in an unsanitary condition. When repairing or replacing items under this warranty, Sealy reserve the right to substitute alternative materials, or models, should the original no longer be available and cannot undertake to match items not under complaint, with any substitute cloth used. This warranty does not affect the purchaser’s statutory rights.
RETURNS POLICY All product and service issues will be dealt with under the terms of the Sealy service warranty. A full detailed copy will be attached to each and every mattress that is dispatched from the Sealy site. If not totally satisfied with the goods and within 7 days of purchase and wish to return the goods then a £48.00 collection charge will apply. However the product must be returned in the received unused condition with and in the original packaging as supplied and delivered.

Delivery will be to ground floor entrance only unless specifically agreed in writing. The purchaser may be required to provide free assistance to unaccompanied driver. Delivery queries including shortages and damages must be notified in writing by 10am on the day following delivery otherwise Seating World cannot be held responsible.
Guarantee In general the chairs supplied are guaranteed for five years against any defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship, fair wear and tear excluded, and subject to appropriate use, care and maintenance.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from us and that your delivery has arrived with you in excellent condition and on time. It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified to us, by telephone or email, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day. This enables us to raise any queries with our couriers and with our despatch department. Please note that any errors or omissions notified to us after this period will not be considered. Please retain all original packaging until after you have decided to keep the goods. If any item that you have ordered does not fully meet your needs then we must be notified, by telephone or email, within 7 days of your receipt of delivery. The costs of returning goods to us is to be at your own expense and we strongly recommend that you use an insured courier service for this and obtain a receipt of despatch as we will not be responsible for returned items which fail to arrive with us or which are damaged in transit. We do not refund outward carriage. If ordered incorrectly then a 20% restocking charge may apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SEAT WEDGES AND LUMBER SUPPORTS AND BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND BESPOKE ITEMS CANCELLED BEFORE DELIVERY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION CHARGES.
Risk and title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products (including delivery charges).
Defective Products / Damaged Items
Our obligation is to replace any damaged parts, if the item has been delivered with a damaged replaceable part we will send a replacement to you – However you must notify us within 48 hours that the item has damage. We will not replace chairs that have replaceable damaged parts, chairs will only be replaced if the parts are not replaceable.
products can returned by you because of a manufacturing defect/fault will be refunded in full only if they are returned in the same packaging as they were delivered and once they have been checked and confirmed defective by our returns department (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). This has to be brought to our attention within 48 hours. Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement product – Items that are returned for any reason apart from the above will be have our standard handling charges applied
